Longmeadow Soccer Association

Registration begins each year in April with evening sign-ups at the Community House. After the last registration date, players can still register and coaches can still volunteer at the Parks and Recreation Department at the Community House (checks only) during normal business hours.

If you miss the sign-up dates at the Community House, you can register at the Parks and Recreation office at the Community House. There is a $25 late fee for registrations after June 1st. Please note that there are no refunds after July 31, except for medical reasons or hardship.

During the evening registration sessions, parents or players can:
- complete registration forms
- pay registration fees ($50 per player)
- volunteer to coach
- ask board members questions about the program

Players interested in trying out for a travel team can indicate their interest on the registration form. Additional travel fees are collected after a player attends the travel evaluations, and is selected for a team. Please see the Travel page for more info.

2012 Season
Here are the planned dates for registration and travel evaluations (try outs) for the 2012 season. Registration is at the Community House, from 7:00 pm to 8:30 pm. Travel evaluations will be at Russell Field,between the High School and Blueberry Hill Elementary. See the Travel page for more info on our travel program.

For the Travel Evaluations, please arrive promptly at your scheduled time. Each attendee is required to participate in at least one day of the tryouts. All participants must come prepared with shin guards and water. Please do not bring a soccer ball to the tryouts. See the Evaluations section of the Travel page for details and the evaluations schedule.

Refunds
Parents may request refunds by sending an email to the LSA board at Board@LongmeadowSoccer.com. Requests must be received on or before July 31st. Late fees are not refundable. Please include the following information in the email:

Player's Name
Parent's Name (the refund check will be made out to the parent)
Address
Email address
Phone Number

You of course don't need to justify your need for a refund, but if we have done something wrong, please let us know so we can correct the problem.
